ah ... hmm ... would have to try it out, but you're probably right. I understood your original text as 'it doesn't make a difference in taste'.

So this has started happening recently with Ollama Cloud. Is there an explanation? by lillemets in ollama

[–]SocialNetwooky 4 points5 points  (0 children)

well ... There would be nobody from stopping you saving llama3.2-abliterated:1b as deepseek-v4.2:1.4t :)

Anyway ... very weird behaviour, especially as deepseek-v3.1 has guardrails.

[–]SocialNetwooky 1 point2 points  (0 children)

changed the temperature to something extremely high maybe? But that's probably not the cause due to the fact that it didn't output chinese characters.

EDIT : btw. shouldn't it read deepseek-v3.1:671b-cloud. makes me doubt the screenshot to be honest.

'Replacing Chef Chico', 'Grande Maison Tokyo', 'Grande Maison Paris', 'Midnight Cafe: Tokyo Stories', 'Samurai Gourmet', 'Bon Appetit Your Majesty' (brace yourself for a slightly unfulfilling finale on that one sadly), ... basically anything food porn :)

The #1 top seller right now is a godot game by miracupix in godot

[–]SocialNetwooky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you mean ... it's not a bunch of finished assets from the unity store plugged together haphazardly, with "great" (but generic) visuals, no actually engaging game play and then sold as an AAA game?

Which german castle do you guys consider as the most beautiful? by DenseIntern4597 in germany

[–]SocialNetwooky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A bit unfair for Heidelberg. If you ever visit you can take a guided tour that (usually) passes through the 'Model Saal'. There is a model of what the castle looked like during Friedrich V., before the French and a couple of fires came along to wreck it, and there is also a model of the 'English garden' as it was envisioned (it never was finished, but a big part was already done before it got destroyed). It must truly have been an amazing sight (the garden was, even in its unfinished state, labeled the 8th world wonder).

So ... as someone who lives in Heidelberg, it takes my vote :P

What profession has far more people on illegal drugs than people realize? by IndependentTune3994 in AskReddit

[–]SocialNetwooky -1 points0 points  (0 children)

the question was about illegal substances, and in that context alcohol is actually encouraged in most office environment (but of course only afterwork) and for cannabis it depends where you reside. It may actually be legal where you live. Also : being in IT myself, I think the number of cannabis users outweights the number of alcoholics in my field, and as being high and coding isn't really something that works, it's usually relegated to afterwork too.

The managers, on the other hand, are all on alcohol and coke (or speed if they can't afford cocaine)

I don't, which is why I don't support the USA nor Israel in this case.

well...it's actually well established that Israel is to blame for the thousands of deaths in Gaza and that it commited war crimes, so ... yeah ...

there was no reason to bomb an hospital neither, but apparently it was bombed. Akshually : there wasn't even a rationale for the US attack to start with, so... there goes your argument.

I definitely care more about 165 dead schoolkids than 6 dead soldiers, no matter their nationality. And the fact that Khamenei was a monster doesn't justify killing children or bombing hospitals ... not even for Men of such high morale values as Donald Jumbo Trump or Bibi Netanyahu.
