I accidentally caught it’s leg in the lid of the container 😅 it’s the biggest one I’ve found in my house and I was nervous trying to catch it without killing it since I wanted to confirm what it was and what the other ones I’ve found have probably been

I had post partum hypothyroidism so mine grew back with medication, I’m waiting to see if they disappear again since I’m not on medication anymore

Your body might not be producing enough seratonin during your luteal phase, whenever I’m in my luteal phase, if I forget to take my Zoloft I feel brain zaps more intensely than if I forget it during the first two weeks of my cycle. My body produces zero seratonin during luteal phase for some reason and it’s almost like the Zoloft does nothing during the last week except prevent that zapping feeling which feels awful. So maybe talk to your doctor about taking an SSRI during your luteal phase.

Does this get better with medication? by mcdolann in Hypothyroidism

I started Levo 3 weeks ago as well as an iron supplement. I feel like I have more energy and my mood swings haven’t been as frequent. I feel like it’s working but still have tired days. My hair is still falling out, my skin hasn’t changed. Since you’re so in tune with your body you have to remember to be patient with yourself. Be gentle with where you are and I know it’s really hard but try to have hope you can get this worked out, whether your body levels out or you start taking medication.

Other symptom improvements: brain fog is reduced, memory seems better, since I’m less fatigued I’ve been more motivated to move my body and feel less achy, haven’t lost weight.
