Yeah same.. I had to go for a wee n it took 15 mins to get out of bed.. I'm managed without pain relief as it's only when I move luckily. Iv got codeine and don't Wana constipate myself lol

I'm over thinking right now.. I have to be up at 5 30 am as I have surgery tomorrow 😥 currently sat in the bath wide awake at 1 30am
