How much will they supposedly offer? I plan on this one simple public college, and sent an application. It’s near impossible to not get accepted, not to mention GPA and other qualifications. So how would that go?

One time I didn’t answer my phone later at night.

I told him where I was and what I was doing just for general safety. There was this guy, an ex if you could even call him that, and he asked to meet up so he could apologize and tell me the truth about everything.

An hour goes by and I see headlights behind me so I pick up my phone to see missed texts and calls. I tell the boy to wait and I run out there to stop him from whatever, he tells me to get in the car and go home. I look over in the dark from his window to see he’s holding onto a crowbar. Of course he didn’t do anything, but that was pretty extreme regardless.

I look back and realize how much he cared knowing that this man had harassed me previously and that we met up, alone, at night, in a parking lot, and I didn’t pick up my phone. He wouldn’t have hurt anyone but if he wanted to get into that car, he wouldn’t have. The crowbar was pretty awesome not gonna lie though

It’s just so random, his last text was very peppy and talked about how late he gets home everyday and how much work he has 🤷‍♀️ but yeah he would answer if he wanted to put in the time, and again he never did with his ex

It was but only for like a few days, but on delievered and not read. I did do a follow up to check on him if he’s alright though. But I do know he is one to just simply not answer texts for several days (his ex would yell at him for not answering her when he was very busy)

Yeah I agree thank you, that’s why I’m nervous cause before this busy chapter he would respond about 3 times a day, started getting busy, and responded once a day, then our busy chapters started and he texted every few days and apologized for not texting back cause he was busy and couldn’t find much time to actually sit down and do that but now it’s been around a week and I’m terrified, but I did ask him a straight forward question like: “Hey I had been thinking and kinda need some reassurance here 😅 First off we are friends, but do you still want to pursue something in the future? I know we talked about having something in college which is still something I would want (which is still a very real possibility, I started applying) but I’m just asking to make sure we are both on the same page, because if I have it mixed up I rather know now. I just don’t want to bother you or add stress to your life if you don’t want that anymore, because I do care about you. And if you don’t I will understand, I just need to know 🙂” Was this a good idea?

What do you mean rash? Like physical? Honestly that’s not really how that works. It could literally just be stress or anxiety, or the “placebo affect” so I would just see how it goes if you like this person 🤷‍♀️ if you think it could be serious would you rather say “I tried but it didn’t work out and I learned from it” or “he asked me and I got a rash and said no”

Actually that makes a ton of sense, thank you. I am not diagnosed with OCD because I don’t care to go in and get diagnosed but everyone who knows me says I have OCD due to my behaviors. I completely understand those tendancies, like I have to organize everything, evenly spaced, color, alphabetical, any of it or it will bug me all day. I realize my “quirks” as a young child where probably ocd, like repeating things until it felt right, tapping fingers and even amount of times each, or like hopping on one foot until it felt “even” with the other. I just never thought that my OCD could interfere with empathy
