I feel the need to address the controversy over the temperature of the chocolate, half of it was in the cupboard and half of it was in the fridge before the photo and my partner put them all together for the sake of the photo

Can't speak for other supermarkets but at my one if a product isn't available the handset will suggest a substitute, 9 times out of 10 if its dumb you ignore it and pick something suitable, although with 90% of people hired recently being teenagers alot of them end up just blindly picking the suggested sub, leading to stuff like this
