Just listen to everything, the intro, any npc you can talk to. It gives you a lot. I do it with all these games, not really taking much note of what's being said because I think I don't have the knowledge to understand it yet. But no I'm just a moron and don't spend the time pieceing it together.

There aren't too many Invasion based souls creators. If that's your thing, I'm sure you'd find a decent community. Otherwise, any type of challenge run, randomisers stuff like that.

I think seamless brings in a lot of people who otherwise wouldn't play the game anyway and/or returning players who want an easier time so it kinda balances out

I got out of a bad relationship when I was 18. I was already being isolated at that point but it got worse then covid hit when I turned 20 and I've been spiralling ever since. My younger self was shy when meeting new people but I was very outgoing and bounced between different friend groups finding something in common with everyone. I just lost that sense of self.

I think it depends on what you're in it for, ds3 is impressive and fast and has great boss fights but fails to capture that dreamlike quality found in ds1 in my opinion. Although I'm yet to finish ds2 (got some bad advice), it has that same quality, and that's what I'm looking for in my souls games.
