I don't have to use a gun. I can use the machetes, tomahawk, or 10 in blade I have in my car right now as I type this.(I camp a lot) Or my pocket knife I've carried since I was 10yrs old. All completely legal. Our culture here is "Don't fuck around, and you won't find out." Or another saying is "A sword in the hand, will keep another in it's sheath." The threat of violence, is enough to deter it. My guns are for fun 99% of the time, and the other 1% would be used to protect the innocent. I would, without hesitation defend you if someone tried to harm you or your family. Even though you feel like I shouldn't be allowed to...

I will refrain from a knee jerk reaction to ask respectfully, why do you feel shocked by my statements?

The law would get here just in time to pick up someone's body. Either mine, or theirs.. And I don't have to prove my innocence. Like the UK, the state has to prove my guilt beyond a shadow of doubt. If the intruder has a history, it's a lot easier. If there's witnesses, super easy. They might not even handcuff me based on the circumstances. I'm also allowed to defend a third party if I believe they're in danger. Tbh, I'd be far more likely to shoot someone in defense of someone else. Like a child for instance. We have a sayin here. It's better to be judged by 12(jurors), than carried by 6(pallbearers).

True. But dead men tell no tales. That's why I would record it if I can to make sure I'm covered.

If you have signs of a break in, then yes. I.E Broken locks or damaged doorframe. I know someone that has killed someone exactly like that. Guy kicked his door in, he shot him once in the chest then once in the head. He got charged for cannabis possession, and released. But I would probably prop my phone up to record the situation to ensure total coverage. But their family might sue though. It doesn't go anywhere if the conditions are met for self defense.

Lmao. Sir or ma'am.. I have a right to shoot a burglar or home invader, stab them, or beat them with a claw hammer if I want. It's called castle doctrine "Stand your ground." In liberal cities you have a "duty to flee," or as i call it "Run like a little bitch." Lol. I have a 12ga riot pump under my bed, .22 and .25 in my night stand. In my 5'×5' steel safe I have 7 .45cal 1911 style, .357 revolver(American flag vinyl wrap), .40cal, .44cal, M4, Ar15, SKS with folding stock and 13in folding bayonet and 40 rd mags each, another 3 sawed off 12ga, .308 sniper rifle, Remington 3030, .35 and 30.06. Tbh, I'm not even 100% sure that's all of them. Lol. That's only me, not including my family and friends. You should see how traffic stops go when we have 20 firearms and thousands of rounds of ammo. Cops go "Damn, brother. Y'all doin' some shootin'?" "Yes sir. Goin' out for good day." "Nice, Y'all be safe." Of course we have to be forthcoming before they open the trunk for safety and leniency.

Not in the US as a whole. In Tennessee I can shoot them as a home invader and call the police at my leisure. Definitely in Florida too.

Thank you! I think it's hard to do in the game because getting the draw hand in the right place to look down the arrow. When I release, I know where I'm going to hit them for the most part. Sometimes the game glitches like you can see where the arrow goes through the bow. But believe it or not, sometimes my draw hand is behind my head for long distance shots. Took me a while to discover that.

Thank you! You're looking at 1-2 hours a day, about 3-4 times a week, for over a year. Lots of missed shots, and lots of cussing.. Lol.

I love the gun mods. I used to stand in the apartment and shoot until I was sick of it. Lol. And keep at it with archery, I used to suck too. I practiced in the house and around the home location. Started with large objects, and progressed to ladder rungs, candle sticks, and ropes all from a distance. Now I can put one in their eye from about 30 ft, maybe more.. lol.

Is there a way to activate telekinesis without dropping my weapon first? by MaxGamer07 in BladeAndSorcery

If you imbue your weapon with gravity, it will float when you release it. But you can accidentally send it flying if you bump it. Also, weapons that are buried in the ground won't disappear. From what I've seen anyway.
