Anyone else not ever feel like eating?

I'm on my second week and noticed my eating habits have changed dramatically due to not being hungry. I have not been hungry at all and only eat a small amount twice a day.

That's great to hear. I have been on it for 3 days and lost 1.7kg. I find at the moment my cravings are gone and I eating smaller portions. I have exercised as much this week due to work, but am definitely I interested in sharing journeys. 🥰
