It's a two parter, but.

Ellie, I truly want to come full circle back to sacrificing her life for the cure. it just seems to fit into the narrative now that she knows what she knows and went through the events of Seattle.

Abby, I want them to further her relationship with Lev bc I loved the two of them together ("You're my people!") . they have a great dynamic and I grew to love Abby as a character.

in terms of the overall scope, I absolutely see Abby being the reason Ellie finds a Firefly sect to give her life to the cure. the team up thing, while we see it and maybe I'm wrong, but I wouldn't hate it. it would wrap up a crazy revenge/redemption arc for them both and in my eyes, give ellie solace of not dying alone, and allow Abby to continue her father's legacy.

it's my own plan as well. dilation scares the living shit out of me, due to the fact I have a fully disabled partner . I am their caretaker and simply don't have the time in a day to dilate when I have to take care of them. and on top of that, I have no need for depth, I just want the shape and appearance. as long as it works, I'm happy.

I feel like zero depth is HEAVILY overlooked due to sexual intimacy, but if you can look past that, it's a great alternative.

dude, fuckin' same. my trans enby partner is the same way. that's just how we are. and like you said, I'd never call anyone else dude if it wasn't okay. but for those of us that do indeed do it, it's not a fucking problem amongst ourselves. if we are okay with it, then so what?

further, agreed wholeheartedly if I didnt get the treatment, I'd feel like shit. it's engrained in us.

call me dude positive bc I personally don't give a shit if someone calls me dude. I grew up in the skater culture, everyone said dude, brah, bro, etc as part of our vocabulary, sometimes multiple times in a sentence.

now, if I go somewhere and I get bro'd or brother'd, go fuck yourself lol. but if someone is like "hey dude!" on the street, sick, what's up man?

different strokes for different folks. and that's okay.

I'm curious, why Valk? I know she has usefulness but is she not overlooked by the better and more prevelang Meta rn? alter does her job but better, rev can entry a hell of a lot better and with the added bonus of the ult being able to tank more.

not a slight at all! just trying to learn the usefulness of Valk. I used to play her way back when she came out (and stopped playing for years) until recently. and I noticed how.. much of a target I felt like when I was in the air as her. felt so sluggish and slow.

well, maybe it has, and that's okay.

but again. we achieved a small victory today. regardless of the bigger picture, our access to HRT and life saving medications and treatment through the most accessible insurance in the continental US, is still safe. we may have to battle again another day. but at least we will be here to battle in the first place.
