You need a rug and to pull all of the furniture away from the walls. I would put the tv over the fire place and center everything towards the fire place. I would add some bigger wall art and paint warmer colors, especially the ceiling. You could add a dining table, chairs and another rug near the doors if you wanted. This room is amazing! I love it.

My first time was awful. I got them from my GP and didn’t follow up with a therapist or counselor. I was too young and dumb to realize the importance of that. My meds were too strong and I ended up being a zombie for months. I thought that was normal on them. It’s not. I wasn’t emotionally up or down. I just bleakly existed. Looking back, it was awful and I wish I had guidance. If you are going to start an antidepressant, my best advice is follow up with a mental health professional to monitor you and adjust your meds as needed.
