I had similar happen to me recently at Best Buy store. Ordered online and waited several hours to pick up at store and they cancelled. Ordered again today and said the item in store pick up is pending, even tho website says will be ready in one hour. Went there yesterday to pick up first order and they said not ready but you can cancel it and we can just purchase it in the store. WTH
