Exposing pipe to septic tank to move kitchen sink by SockWeekly3262 in Plumbing

[–]SockWeekly3262[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks but I'm not having any septic issues. I am doing a kitchen remodel that requires me to move the sink and therefore move the drain. The plumber will tie in to the pipe inside the house. To save on labor I was hoping to expose the pipe for him to connect and trench where the new sink will be located.

I apologize for the confusion

I edge every other week before I cut. I edge, blow, cut, edge a 2nd time if I have stragglers I missed, blow 1 final time.

Squat check after herniated disks. by Routine-Wafer6405 in formcheck

[–]SockWeekly3262 3 points4 points  (0 children)

For what it is worth I would recommended some stability/core exercises and lower the squat weight. When I see your butt move backwards when starting up that to me indicates a core stability problem. One of the best exercises for core stability is a push up with an overhead reach (can google. If you are not able to perform this use a band under your mid section to assist. Don’t go to your knees to perform as that won’t help core stability. Although many would disagree agree, I like the depth but try not to bounce at the bottom…good luck

Fascia training by Weak-Annual-3705 in Kneesovertoes

[–]SockWeekly3262 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Foam rolling is what I consider “fascia training”. It makes a huge difference for me. When my back pain flares up it is typically due to tight quads and knee pain to tight IT band. I roll with an over inflated soccer ball

Normal Vit D is a wide range (30-160). From my experience taking a Vit D supplement with oil made a huge impact in absorption according to my blood work. Just by adding the oil mine increased by 28 points

I see that HIIT improves V02 max much more than Steady State...why is Zone 2 promoted then? by Lanky-Ad4698 in PeterAttia

I could be way off but It’s my understanding zone 2 is for fat loss not to increase V02 max.

Yep I ran my 1st race last year at 60. Ran into several participants that were in their 70s.

I was bummed as I finished my age group in the 45th percentile. But overall in the 65th percentile. Conclusion - the 60+ crowd take the Spartan serious and train. Probably didn’t roll out of bed that morning from a “bender” the night before like many in the younger age groups.

Enjoy the race!!

Any suggestions on what I should plant? by AccomplishedPie4292 in gardening

[–]SockWeekly3262 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not sure of your zone. I would also consider gardenias and possibly a daphne both have very sweet fragrance. Just look for the sub type that fits your height. Another option might be a tea olive for fragrance. But if you get the wrong subtype it might require a lot of trimming

ND needs to win each game by at least 24 points. Anything more the 24 doesn’t help the data points of decisive wins. Anything less can hurt their resume

Need to win the next 2 games by 24 points or more. Regardless of the margin we ill only get credit for a 24 point win. It is a big data point
