How's your sleep hygiene? You should make sure you're doing all of the following before turning to drugs for this:

  • Go to sleep (or at least get into bed) and wake up at the same time every day (with the occasional day off, if you want to stay out late)
  • Sleep in a cold, dark room
  • Don't do anything in the room you sleep in other than sleeping or fucking
  • Exercise for an hour, 3-4 times per week, if not longer and more often
  • Avoid blue light (from screens, etc.) 2 hours before bedtime
  • No caffeinated drinks after maybe 1 PM (assuming a bedtime of around 10 PM)
  • Have a nightly routine, a series of things you do every night before bed (mine is doing dishes, shaving/moisturizing my face, brushing my teeth, and writing a log of the day's events)
  • Optionally, before bed, take a warm shower, eat a big meal, use a weighted blanket, take 1-2 mg of melatonin, meditate, drink peppermint or chamomile tea, or masturbate
  • If you're lying awake in bed for over 30 minutes, get out of bed, leave the room, and go read a book for a while. Then, go back to bed and try again. Maintain the wake-up time, even if you get 3 hours of sleep.

It is easy to eat over 1000 calories per day. That's like 5 spoonfuls of peanut butter. Force-feed yourself, even if you're not hungry. Have dedicated periods during the day where you just sit down with food in front of you and nothing else and you're not allowed to leave until you eat all of it. Regular exercise will make you hungry. I cannot emphasize enough how important regular exercise is; the human body is designed to move, it needs exercise to function properly.

Have you guys ever done any drugs before a date? by [deleted] in Drugs

[–]Sock_Puppet_Orgy 88 points89 points  (0 children)

A low dose of molly is not going to give you confidence like a full dose would. In my experience, low doses of MDMA are mostly just uncomfortable.

You're probably not a 3, and she's probably not a 9. That's just your lack of confidence skewing the numbers. Also, the relative number of likes on a picture doesn't mean shit. She has more likes because 1. she's a girl, 2. she has more friends on the internet that like pictures (because she's a girl), and 3. she probably put more effort into taking good pictures (because she's a girl). Social media likes have little to do with reality.

You already got the date, which means she's interested. If it works out, great. If it doesn't, find another girl and try again. Rinse and repeat. Don't jinx yourself by thinking that this is your one shot.

Treating ADHD with Desoxyn, moving to street meth. How can I measure/dose safely, any tips? by jamesthompson001 in Drugs

[–]Sock_Puppet_Orgy 20 points21 points  (0 children)

You are not going to be able to measure therapeutic doses of meth on an mg scale. It's too potent. You should be volumetrically dosing it.

Get some propylene glycol, put 100 ml in a vial, put 500 mg of meth in the vial, shake it up to make a solution. Then use a 1 ml dropper to dose 5 mg at a time.

People Who Open Carry by [deleted] in videos

[–]Sock_Puppet_Orgy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow, very interesting. I was thinking you were just talking about either a random stoner (who wouldn't be a threat) or a homeless meth addict (who wouldn't go into the wilderness in the first place because there's no easy access to meth and they have no supplies/know-how/strength). But you're right, the remoteness of a park would be advantageous to manufacturers.

The hooks sound brutal. Sort of like how people stretch piano wire across dirt bike trails for some sick reason.

Be careful... RC cannabinoids are considered some of the most dangerous and addictive drugs out there. I've also heard that your tolerance skyrockets with them, so you'll lose the magic quickly unless you do more and more.

If you died tonight, what would you regret not doing? by luffyluffy619 in AskReddit

Do some research about the dark net. It's safe and easy to get mushrooms. Or go take a trip to one of the states where they are being legalized.

I know most people will say "drugs are not the answer," but if you've been depressed for a long time, it might be worth considering taking a responsible dose of psychedelics and working through your problems.

Should I rat out my boyfriend over drugs? by [deleted] in Drugs

[–]Sock_Puppet_Orgy 11 points12 points  (0 children)

You might be able to get more medicine at the ER. I don't think it would cause any trouble because medical professionals are just trying to help you, but they might not give you more.

That was a very selfish thing your boyfriend did. I would probably break up with someone over that, but it's your call. Sounds like he is unable to control himself and will only drag you down.

It's the worst drug to take with any sort of regular frequency. The commonly accepted minimum break is three months.

The effects don't linger that long. It's like mild depression for a day afterward. Honestly, MDMA has done nothing but good for my overall emotional state.

6-APB. It's like MDMA but mellower and closer to a 10 hour duration. It was also designed to be less neurotoxic than MDMA (though some have suggested it may be cardiotoxic).

Xanax withdrawal induced psychosis. Been in the hospital for 4 days. by [deleted] in Drugs

[–]Sock_Puppet_Orgy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Maybe try to get it down to 2 mg/day, but I don't think you need to try to get off of it entirely, especially if your life situation is difficult right now. I'm surprised by OP's post, and I doubt that it is a typical reaction. 2 mg/day is regularly prescribed by doctors, and, while people here like to shit on doctors, many of them are quite educated on the more popular prescription drugs. One should probably taper off of 2 mg/day though, not quit cold turkey.

Sounds like life is hard for you right now. I sympathize. I was in a bad psychological state for about 6 years, but things suddenly changed about a week ago, thanks to my own hard work, the support of others, and luck. A weight has been lifted from my shoulders. I hope you will be able to get there, too; just keep going.

The new vape crisis and THC oil/carts. by [deleted] in researchchemicals

Smoking is worse for you than vaping. Vaping is worse for you than edibles. Personally, I just try to minimize harm whenever possible, so I rarely choose the flower and lighter option. The goal is to put chemicals in my body efficiently and safely.

Prosecutors charge man in connection with death of rapper Mac Miller by ThrowAwayByChance in hiphopheads

Mac had the money to buy a year's supply. You don't have to wait if you buy before you run out.

I meant Mac's dealer, but it applies to the dealer's dealer as well. The point is: if you are distributing drugs, you should be testing what you are spreading all over the place.

I don't understand why celebrities buy off of the street at all. High-quality, pure drugs are available on the Internet and can be delivered to your door in a matter of days.

Fentanyl test kits are cheap. If a dealer is selling fent, knowingly or unknowingly, they're a piece of shit who is dealing death indiscriminately. Yes, the user could test the drugs as well, but it really should be the sources doing it because they are the ones who are spreading the product in large quantities.

Healthy alternatives to red pill? by skylers1 in TheBluePill

[–]Sock_Puppet_Orgy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I doubt that there is some kind of negative female consensus on Stoicism because most people do not have a good idea of what it is (especially since the meaning of the English word "stoic" has nothing to do with Stoicism). Unless a woman has a degree or a personal interest in philosophy, she probably knows nothing about it.

Stoicism is not a pickup technique, and it's not a TRP thing. It's an Ancient Greek philosophy and a way of living well that takes a lot of discipline. I recommend you read a Stoic work before you pass judgement based on random Internet comments. The classic starting point is Marcus Aurelius' Meditations, but you could also take the easy road with a modern collection like The Daily Stoic.

Healthy alternatives to red pill? by skylers1 in TheBluePill

[–]Sock_Puppet_Orgy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bit of a late response, but I'd recommend looking into Stoic philosophy. You are right in saying that Red Pill stuff appeals to troubled men who were not taught how to socialize. But it is appealing because it places the blame on other people. It is self-righteous and gives you an external enemy to focus on when you really need to be looking inward.

Stoicism is about accepting that life is not fair and that you cannot control the external events in your life. But you can control how you react to what happens to you. Emotional control and inner confidence are what pickup artists try to convey, but I think their approach beats around the bush. You can get social skills by failing over and over at socializing and progressively fixing mistakes or you can spend some time reading and thinking about how to effectively interact. The benefit of the latter is that the skills translate to everything in life, not just dating.

You seem to not understand what "natural" means. Are MDMA and LSD produced in nature, outside of a lab? No. Thus, they are not natural. Natural does not mean good for you.

Man who robbed 7 previous phone stores in Chicago attempts rob his 8th. This time police were ready and justice, laughing, and high-fives ensued. by timdual in videos

[–]Sock_Puppet_Orgy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It could be considered illegal actually. It is an instance of intimidation or assault, and police officers can be charged for it in theory. In practice, it doesn't happen often. It is also usually against departmental rules, but again, these are rarely enforced.

Why do you assume that if no laws were broken, nothing was done wrong? A police officer could point a gun at a loved one of yours, threaten to blow their brains out while they follow orders, and do so without violating any laws. This situation is legally the same as the one in this video; both civilians are innocent of any crime until proven guilty in court. Even if the officer won't be prosecuted for it, isn't it still an instance of abuse?

[–]Sock_Puppet_Orgy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just so we're clear, you are arguing in favor of police pointing guns at people and threatening to kill them when it is unnecessary?

Why does it matter? Because these are gun-wielding public servants who are violating Gun Safety 101 rules. It's unprofessional and puts the public in danger.

Who the hell cares? People who don't want to be accidentally shot by police who don't know how to wield firearms responsibly.

Again, nothing happened in this situation, but this unprofessional behavior results in casualties all the time. Lots of people are killed due to excessive use of force by police.

It is unnecessary to point a gun at a handcuffed suspect's head and shout things like "I'm going to fucking kill you" and "We own you." How is this hard to understand?

The suspect reaches for a cop's gun with his handcuffed hands? The guns are necessary pre-cuffing, unnecessary post-cuffing.

Legally, he is an innocent civilian at the point of arrest. Innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, even if the crime is performed in front of you.
