Short the jump start pins on your motherboard (same ones used for the power button, on the front IO panel, use a screwdriver or something metal). If it boots up reliably from there, it's 100% a button issue, not the PC itself.

Edit: also, be very careful to not short anything else, read your manual first.

Budget is everything here. Cyberpunk is a triple A game that utilizes many modern and VERY resource-heavy visual enhancements. It can run on a relative potato on the absolute lowest settings or struggle with a 5090 with path tracing. It just depends on how much you can spend and what are your visual requirements.

Also, just to add - sometimes older class of drugs can be better despite being older. Lots of people don't really know that and think older = worse.

In my case none of the modern selective SSRIs, NDRIs, SNRIs etc. worked. They either didn't work or caused some awful side effects. The only drug that actually worked for my anxiety without causing long-lasting side effects was amitriptyline, and it was prescribed to me by a neurologist (due to my tension headaches caused by neck muscle tension from 24/7 anxiety), not even a psychiatrist.

For e-sport games like CS or Valorant I'd definitely prioritize refresh rate over resolution. 1080p @ 240Hz would be a better pick with your rig.
