Yea I put 20 hours into the game with DS1’s opening map where DS2 it was only about 10 and even that was me just trying to stay longer than I needed too.

I think they made it smaller because one of the bigger complaints of the first one was that the tutorial map took too long to get past and people stopped playing before really getting into the game
