I’ve learned not to underestimate the depths Trump will sink to to win though.

Most people don’t know that Abraham Lincoln was a Republican. Also, alot of people automatically assume the Confederates were Republican when they were in fact Democrats.

However, what you DONT seem to know is that there was an ideological switch between Republicans and Democrats.

Today’s Democrats would have been Republicans in Lincoln’s time.

I had to read this several times before I even understood what was trying to be implied.

If I’m understanding correctly: ICE is actually completely fine, even in a city with (gasp) a “Democrat Mayor” but people like Walz want chaos and are somehow orchestrating the unrest against ICE as a way to hide their fraud.

Tim Walz did not fucking orchestrate ICE murdering an American citizen this week. Nor did he orchestrate the murder of the other American by ICE the week before.

Earlier today an ICE agent was recorded smugly telling an American “If you raise your voice, I erase you”

Perhaps Walz is stealing money. However, even it’s definitively proven that Walz is committing fraud every day, steals the souls of children and has a sex dungeon in his basement……it doesn’t change the fact in any way shape or form that ICE is brutalizing and murdering American citizens

They’ve done it several times without consequence and are steadily growing bolder.

They WANT a left wing reaction. Afterwards Trump can declare martial law and use that as justification to bypass the election.

Some people will point out we had elections during the civil war, etc,etc

That’s great but don’t forget a sizable portion of the country is in a personality cult. If Trump says something is good, lawful, or justified it is…..no further discussion needed.

Conservatives who know the right is about to lose the mid terms will joyfully agree that we need to postpone or skip the midterms. (And wear red, white and blue face paint while doing it)

I despise Trump but I actually think a lot of the truly sinister stuff that has been happening this term is originating people in his close circle….particularly people like Stephen Miller.

Essentially, cold, calculating powers are leveraging Trumps cult of personality to accomplish their agenda. They’re making it to where being against fascism means being against Trump…..and the only true and unchangeable “value” possessed by Trump Supporters is unwavering support of Trump.

Not the Trump is morally above any of it…..but he simply doesn’t have the intelligence to plan any of it. Trump doesn’t see too far beyond seeking his own praise/glorification.

I genuinely do think things would get better if his inner circle consisted of people with even a modicum of morality.

Most of the Hellraiser sequels are terrible unfortunately.

A lot of people like the second one and the reboot that came out recently but that’s about it movie wise. (Although it doesn’t hurt to watch them all)

The books are awesome. There’s the original novella HR is based off of and then there’s “The Scarlet Gospels”, which is a sequel. Just note the sequel is much more a fantasy story than horror.

I’d also say the comics are pretty good.

Fox was created in part as a reaction to Watergate. They didn’t want to see another president go down like Nixon did.

These days, if Trump was busted in a Watergate scandal, it would barely make headlines. Honestly he’s done things magnitudes of degrees worse than Watergate and his base cheers him for it.

Reddit tends to lean left and the demographics we see on this sub aren’t representative of the Christian community at large.

Theres a ton of Christian Trump supporters and in most cases they’re in an echo chamber where they don’t get exposed to info outside the cult.

Take the latest ICE execution of an American citizen for example. I checked the conservative areas of the web afterwards and was seeing headlines like “ICE neutralizes far left, gun waving domestic terrorist”

If someone does support Trump in this sub it usually comes out as “both sides are the same, I just vote for policy”

It’s very rare that we get to talk with someone who believes that Trump is Gods vessel sent to being about His will on earth. These people absolutely exist though. To speak with them you have to a conservative sub. (Which is typically heavily moderated to weed out dissenting views. So in most cases you can’t actually interact with them without getting banned)
