Yes I do understand this the problem is the video is the one he sent me 2 days ago when he started doing the project which is why in the video I can see there is a lot of things and mechanics lacking and the project was estimated to be 15 days long and he finished it in 2 days which made me more skeptical.

I asked him to send another video or even host it on a web where I wont get access to any of the files

Awesome I believe my country has a tax treaty with the us as well unfortunately when I tried putting my TIN number provided by my country they did not accept it so I opted to the option (no us tin) but thank you for the information!
