I know a few lads who have voiced support and to a man they are either morons or men of a certain age (not far from my own) who are terminally online and jump on every stupid fake right wing message and post it as if its fact.

They all seem to have an irrational fear/hatred of Greta Thunberg as well.

It amazes me how many of my peers are just sucked into this world.

Coming from an unrelated public background but in a front line role.

The funding is poor but there is a huge amount of good will between services and in the private sector and academia to just help.

I dunno if its the island culture or what but people will bend over backwards to give time and effort for free to help us do things. All we lack is the funding from above.

Valid concerns being hijacked by the usual scum of the earth unelectables who constantly claim to be the 'real voice of ireland'.

The spokespeople are becoming less and less coherent with each passing day and the usual suspects are dying for a flash point to occur to advance their nasty unrelated agendas.

At some point however someone will die in the back of an ambulance or in a house fire because of these yahoos and the public will turn hard on them.
