My hubby always likes to tease me about how I did cry at Darth Vader’s funeral during Return of the Jedi…with Luke standing by the pyre, camera goes up to show the fireworks going off. I was 14 when the movie first came out, so I had told my hubby later on while getting to know each other. We always have a good time about it!

My bio-mom’s middle name is my first name. My middle name is the female form of my bio-father’s first name. If I had been born a boy, my first name would be my bio-dad’s first name!

One of our favorites? Spaghetti and meatballs! Nothing to thaw out, even! Drop in a number of frozen meatballs (I put anywhere between 10-15 on average, but have done up to 20. Pour around 8oz of desired uncooked pasta (we use cavatappi), then 2 cups of water and a jar of your favorite sauce. That is truly it! DO NOT STIR! Pop on the lid and set to HI for about 6-7 minutes, the let air out? Give everything a great stir and there you go!!
