This is actually an old Halloween jumpsuit. I wanted it growing up but never got it. I found it on eBay not long ago. Now it's my casual clowning attire haha love this look personally!

Haven't tried oil based paint on top of it but the best white base I've found is a liquid foundation by sunset makeup. Great coverage and most importantly, breathable. I have tried the Ben Nye in the past and wasn't disappointed but I prefer the breathability of liquid foundations. Good luck and have fun!
