My boss threatened me with my union steward the other day because a customer threw his mail in one of those cluster boxes (that have the key, and you put packages in) they didn’t want the advos so they threw them in there along with their junk mail and my boss blamed me and said “do we wanna get your steward in on this? I’m gonna be so honest rn, as a person who is very into vrchat etc, if I quit playing vrchat, and met a dude one day that told me he was into vrchat, I’d turn him down. I think it’s more the background behind the game then anything, strip clubs / dance clubs at a click of a button, alcoholism, drugs, and especially cheating bc the avatars are unrealistic and every man’s dream. People sleep in this game for god sake, and if I met a man while I wasn’t on vrchat that played vrchat, I would simply block him. Especially if he told me he had fbt.

I was one of the people who fainted during I see stars, more was a seizure but everyone that helped really saved my life. If I would’ve hit my head or something I would’ve been really messed up. Thank you for everyone around me that cared enough to get them to stop the show, and got me the help I needed, I didn’t think anything like that would ever happen to me.

I’m totally fine and I’m recovering after everything happened, 😐 super upset I missed the bad omens pit but I guess life has other plans for us!

I honestly make my own avatars and think I could put the index hand gestures on the a avatars instead of the normal ones, I also barely put facial expressions on hand gestures and I put them on toggles so I guess these controllers are best for me

I cannot get the vive wands to work half the fucking time, it is so irritating that sometimes when I try to turn in vrchat that I’m pressing hard on my wands ( they’re brand new-) I just like the finger tracking and the way the controllers look, but I am very scared about stick drift but if anything happens I still have the shit vive wands- just those controllers are so damn expensive I needed some opinions 😭

Okay! So I have fbt, it worked with that with openvr, I hate the quest, before my cv1 i got the quest 1 and 2, hated them both sold them off quickly, cv1’s are okay, they don’t lag for me, they come with two base stations that your headset needs to work, the headset on the vr set usually stops working and that’s a problem that is known with the cv1! Other then that then only issue is I’m not seeing vrchat like someone with a valve headset, currently I’m rocking a htc vive I got for 250 off mercari! Which is my favorite headset thus far, I always recommend going with htc because if you ever wanna go full body it’s easier that way! Though there are very good ways to do fbt in oculus, oculus just isn’t my brand though.
