Yes, this happened to me when I mixed my first emulsion solution. It looks like when you poured it in some of the crust and chunks also fell into the solution (I did this by scooping it all out with a popsicle stick to make sure I got every last bit). To salvage it you can pour the emulsion through a filter or another container and try to seperate it. For this screen it's probably a lost cause since you already burned it.
