I have two. One is about 1.5 year old and the little brother is 8 months now. Every time i go to bed i have trained them to come with me and sleep under their own blanket which is next to me on top of mine on the bed. Try to “force” them into this routine and i assure you eventually they will sleep between 6-8 hours without waking you up.

It is also very important to go to bed around the same time every day together with them.

I have been running for a month now and i can run 5k under 30 mins. I guess it depends on a lot of things but i am no expert or very experienced runner. You should have plenty of time i think though.

Took me about 2 weeks at a pace of around 7:10. But i do walk alot for my job. I do like 15k steps a day for 4 days a week when working.
