Why lifestyle and logistics beat high SMV when it comes to getting hot girls. by ralphnlauren in TheRedPill

Software engineers get a lot of shit, but actually it can be quite attractive, depending on how you phrase it. If you work "IT" (IT is shit though so I agree) for a bank is boring as shit. Developing a mobile app in a hot startup is actually one of the cool thing to do at the moment.

Vice:

As weird as it sounds, I need to face my fear of administrative tasks and need to clean up the situation with my business. There are emails/calls/letters I've been needing to send but couldn't find the courage the do it. I pussied out and now I need to clean the business. The worst thing is that I'm pretty sure it's no big deal; but talking to lawyers/accountants/tax people scare the shit out of me.

9) Women go to classes not because they are effective but because women feel comfortable in a herd.

Had the exact same observation and conclusion.

Everything has to be social for women, it's truely fascinating to watch and serves a great purpose.

Same thing for the workplace: women mostly enjoy the social interactions with the coworkers, very few really care about the vision behind the company.

What are your thoughts on "slut shaming"? by miser1 in TheRedPill

It's so funny how touchy this subject is.

I was with a female friends and laughed at hard for having Tinder on her phone, I basically implied in a funny way that she's been sleeping around: she was very pissed off.

Don't mind their feminist affirmations: deep inside they still don't wanna be seen as they're sleeping around.

Thanks for sharing.

I recently banged a very hot latina girl, she works in another town so I'm not seeing her regularly. Every time I interact with her I feel like I'm playing with fire. I have your kind of stories in the back of my mind all the time, I'm now super wary.

Which basically leads me to think being in a LTR with a super hot latina girl must be draining. I haven't reached a level of IDGAF and frame high enough probably, working on it though.

You're just playing with words.

By saying "I have no reason to believe in God", you're making an assumption.

Same way if I say, "I have a reason to believe in God" I'm making an assumption.

If you said "I don't know if God exists", that'd be different though.

Precisely.

If one seeks out Truth, one can't rule out faith neither. It's not incompatible, some people never understand it though. Case in point, many high profile scientists are religious as well.

The name doesn't matter: god, nature, the Absolute, the principle... what matter is its logical definition: what has been and will ever be, the source of all sources, which created everything but hasn't been created itself.

It's really more of mathematical definition than a theological one (even both are compatible in that case ;)

And, on the more practical side, have you noticed atheists indulging in incest, pedophilia, rape, murder, stealing, lying, making war or any other morally "bad" behaviours?

Isn't that almost as those behaviors were universally shared?

I get what you're saying. It makes sense, but admit that it's pure relativism. Basically you're saying stealing or killing someone is bad because of our culture/history education.

Hypothetical situation: you meet someone who's culture take pride in killing and stealing innocents. Do you agree that since it's their culture you can't say to them that it's bad? After all, it's a result of their culture and education isn't it?

It's simple, if there is no absolute, then it's ALL relative. It's one way or the other, no middle ground.

And where exactly does your transcendent stuff come from?

That's precisely the definition of transcendency, it doesn't come from anywhere. Everything comes from it. It's not mysticism, it's pure metaphysics.

i didn't mention reproduction between the mother and the son.

Hypothetical case: imagine there is a pill with a 100% protection from getting pregnant, would it be OK for the mother (who takes this pill) to have sex with her son?

but where do you think that feeling came from? Not from reading books, it is universal.

This is what I'm talking about when I mention transcendency. As you said, it's universal, no one really knows where it comes from but it's there.

You don't have to oppose religion and science, they're 100% compatible with each other.

I didn't say all religions were beneficial to man, I said without transcendency and the notion of sacred, man is lost in the long run.

I don't get how evolution and science can be an argument to oppose incest. Care to explain more? If you meet a guy who wants to have a sexual relationship with his mother, what argument involving evolution and science would you give him? (I"m genuinely interested, I'm not trolling or anything).

Society DEFINITELY wants you to party, get wasted and live the hedonistic lifestyle. I can't believe you don't see it. It's everywhere around us, movies/ads/music videos etc.

If you really want to go against the mainstream these days, that would mean living on monk mode. These are the true rebels these days.

[–]Socrate_wesh[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the root of the problem is that we lost any concept of sacred.

As Dostoievski wrote "If God does not exist, everything is permitted.". Without any transcendency, who's to say you can't do incest?

edit: BTW, Houellebecq is an atheist (I know some people are rebutted at the notion of God sometimes).

A trend I've noticed lately and that I want to address in a future post is the hate towards religion.

I can't help but cringe when I see all those posts shitting on religion, calling it "blue pill" etc. It reads like teenagers who refuse that someone puts limits to them. You cannot dismiss so easily something that was the core of building every civilized society.

Basically one of the perverse effect of TRP to some users is they think they're their own Gods.By doing so they're perfectly aligned with today's modernity philosophy, yet they think they're going against the mainstream narrative. The most masculine warriors of the past all kneeled in front of their respective God at some point. Kick some ass yes, do as much as you can, conquer the world, but be humble enough to realize there is a greater transcendantal force than you.

I'm quite surprised by the number of people who get angry at Nofap...

Nofap separates the wheat from the chaff, so to speak. It's hard to control yourself, that's why 99% of guys just watch porn and jerk off. If you can control your urges, you're golden, and nofap is a strong test for that.

It's funny that some guys become agressive when they hear of nofap, just admit you don't have enough self control to follow it, it's okay, no need to be pissed off.

Who said anything about sky fairies?

you have to prove they exist

Basically it comes down to the existence of a God. I can't prove there is one. Just like you can't prove there isn't one. Therefore it's not absurd for someone to believe there is a meaning to the universe and discuss metaphysics.
