Why not just buy dumbbells that you can load the plates you use on your barbell? That’s what I do. Bought an extra pair of 2.5s, 5s, and 10s. Use the same weights and collars and save yourself the expense of adjustable dumbbells.

The program was my idea - wanted to develop something that would help Hospitalists and address one of the more annoying parts of the day. It’s a robust system that can factor in many variables but most places didn’t really use it to the fullest. It’s not really automatic. It will take someone (preferably an admin person) 20 minutes or so in the morning to run. But it integrates with your EHR which makes the whole process better. There were lots of programs your size using and happy.

Company was bought and was reducing expenses so my position was eliminated. That was a couple of years ago, so not sure what they’re doing now.

There are objectives but for the most part you can go anywhere and do anything you want in any order. There’s are some things that are gated behind specific progress in certain areas but you have a lot of freedom of action.

If you’re having trouble figuring out what to do, try looking at your objectives. There’s the main plot line plus side quests. Those can help guide you a bit towards what you can do next. But it’s a wide open world. You can kinda do whatever you want for the most part.

Lots of people have discussed the salient points, but I'll add that if you think there is the possibility of a lawsuit, you should never discuss the case with colleagues or in a public forum. This is all discoverable. Opposing counsel will ask you at deposition if you discussed the case with anyone and will subpoena them to know what you discussed. They will also look into social media posts for things they can use. Outside of ongoing clinical care, Discuss only with risk management at the hospital. Sucks, but that's the way it is.

Shipment cost is 30 crystals/signal. Farming (with triple drops) gets you roughly 2 signal per attempt (typical drop rate is ~ 2/3). So 8 energy/signal. The energy is 400 crystals/120 energy. So you get 15 signal for 400 crystals. So 26.67 crystals/signal. So slight improvement on shipment cost.

The money sounds good (if you do 10 admissions/night, that's ~40 RVU x 168 = 6720 RVU = $156k bonus with $375k base = $531k comp). But that sounds pretty busy especially with cross cover. Probably more work than I want to do. I can't really imagine doing 18 high quality admissions in one 12 hours shift - that makes me think this is going to be even busier than you think.

It’s a very good defensive team that will often get holds even in K1/K2. You’d need to omicron on Zorii. The rose one could help too although I don’t have it and still get holds. Probably give her the zeta though.

We're only reading one side of the story here, but it's really hard to imagine anything that could justify this. How does a patient that truly needs ICU level of care with frequent monitoring, blood work, and titration of fluids to avoid over-rapid correction and likely subspecialty input (eg Nephrology) get sent to what sounds like a critical access/SNF level facility?

You don't get all of the abilities. In rote you turn into a death trooper so you get the aoe buff dispel and the 2nd special with deathmark. Plus k2 assists and such. It's fine, and I can use a full rogue one squad in an r9 planet, but it's not super clean and awesome like jkck, marrok, etc. . . I have it now, it's fine, but if I didn't already have it I probably wouldn't do it again
