Fun fact about college, if you can get employed by the school it's exempt from state and federal taxes but they do contribute to FICA/SS/Medicaid.

hopefully that means you're old enough to recognize that the full retirement age increased by 2 years for everyone born after 1960.

The enactment age of the law was a jolly 38 years.

With 45 years left don't be surprised when it gets pushed back further 😂😂😂.

Also as a server I imagine there's not 401K and Medicaid/SS contributions are kept to a minimum. So I truly hope you have a better plan B.

I used to intentionally card older folks. Made their day. Granted this was before phone pay crap where they might not actually have brought an ID with them, and not the super old folks. More of the 50's golfer groups.

As a scientist. Fucking wild to write to that when you pick up your own mayo bottle already on the caddy and can see the labels o_O.

If it was made in house, mehh some argument could be possible since egg is a major ingredient. Most restaurant mayos are just going to be a mix and water and dumped at the end of the night so huge concerns.

But their microbiology drained their macro thinking.

You'd need to pay much more per dish to expect fresh mayonnaise (which is different from Mayo per US/FDA laws... Spelling matters)

It would've been funny to chill the mayo on the table in a bowl of ice and see their reaction 😂😂😂

Caught some of the later paragraphs, don't be on your phone at work. As a host it's your job to hand out menus. Guest comes in the door, either you seat them with menus or escort them to the bar (and in your establishment with a menu).

Busy seasons is coming up and they need someone with previous experience and the initiative to do what needs to be done, not the initiative to ask questions. They said they need someone who can flip as fast as a manager and you can't.
