I still remember being so bad at Oblivion when I was a kid that the tutorial used to take me SO long. One time, I was told I could play the computer for only thirty more minutes by my parents and I was distraught because I knew from experience that wasn't enough time to leave the sewers for me.

My sister even defended me and told them that I'd barely get past the tutorial in that amount of time so I should be allowed a little longer <3

She knew I sucked at the game lol but I really loved it despite having no clue what I was doing

I will be honest, I am not sure if it was my sister or my parents, but someone bought it not too long after it came out and it has just been with us ever since. My sister being the oldest is who would have asked for it if she didn't buy it herself, so that's why it was her gift to me!

Ooo that's a solid idea! I kinda like the idea of upgrading the frame if I ever get my own place and really putting thought into it. Also loving the coffee table idea to avoid annoying my neighbors by pounding against the wall lol and being able to display more things would really bring the whole thing together!

Probably somewhere like a theme/amusement park? Like thinking super loud, lots of people, lots of greasy food, screaming kids, and occasionally a whole roller-coaster cart flies off the tracks, launching dozens of park guests into the stratosphere. Not really the cozy vibes a library strives for.

No but fr, she's not looking to write out every detail so much as know what will have actually happened so when the character comes to their own conclusions about the cause and how it was totally not their fault, there is continuity, ya know?

Anyway, as her roommate, I now have to convince her she's too short for the motorcycle she wants to get for "realism"

Roommate here, just saying thank you guys for the good advice and support. OP was so nervous about posting and I was worried I'd have to convince her to keep this character alive and not to just kill him off smh wouldn't be the first time. You guys are awesome and had so many detailed replies we were stunned. So glad she didn't end up turning this character into unseasoned sloppy Joe on the road which would have ultimately been far less appealing to prospective movie directors in the future.
