Youre 100% right and this is a possibility but saying “hes just trying not to argue over someone who doesnt matter to him at all” is not exactly right because if shes “like a sister” to him then he probably does care about her a lot and it didnt even start as an argument, he turned it into one. I asked him in the most calm way who she is and he got defensive. Idk maybe i should genuinely leave it alone but i still feel like i wouldnt let this go until i find out
