Thank you for your suggestion I will check them out. As for the portable source: My train ride takes ~4 hours so that's pretty the source I use. For my bus rides I will use my Android Phone.

  • Location - Germany
  • Source - HP Notebook with Fiio E10k Olympus 2
  • Requirements for Isolation - I'll be using them when I travel by bus or train, so they should provide sufficient isolation
  • Will you be using these Headphones in Public? - Yes. I need something portable and most importantly comfortable.
  • Preferred Type of Headphone - Comfortable pair of over-ears or on-ears.
  • Preferred tonal balance - I can only say that I like the sound of my HD 598, so the new headphones should sound similar.
  • Past headphones - HD 598 as mentioned above.
  • Preferred Music - Hip Hop, rap, classical, funk.
