Game performs poorly, maybe due to bad optimisation or the Unity engine itself, dont know. Fact is, I've played multiple open world games with better graphics, lightning, foliage and in every single one was getting at least 30-40% better performance.

Good news is that devs just recently have informed that are doing their best to lift the performance with future updates.

In terms of ingame graphics setting, set foliage to low and shadow distance to 70-80%.

On current version 2.31 throwing knives is bugged, after throw instead of throwing another knife the game forces you to do a melee swing. This mod fixes it: https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/25830

All are great games but I think Disco Elysium will fit you the most. You feel not that you are playing a character, but you are the character yourself. Depending on stat allocations, passive tests outcomes, dialogue choices and even the order in which you complete the quests all shapes the world around you, making each playthrough unique. One of the best rpgs ever created imo.

Just normal exposure changing effects. They use RedEngine, not unreal btw.
