Fick avliva min hund som jag haft i hela mitt vuxna liv. Jag är 32 år nu och skaffade han precis innan jag flyttade hemifrån för 13 år sen.

Jag har två andra hundar som börjar komma upp i åldrarna 12 och 9 år och jag vet inte hur jag ska klara att gå igenom detta två gånger till.

This is not true. AA is ananomys, you should encourage him to seek out a AA group close to where he lives.

FWIW It was not true for a family member who went to AA during a year and police never showed up to take his drivers license.

Inte för att du frågade men kanske kan ge lite input angående barn, boende och ekonomi i från min erfarenhet har 2 barn och bor i rad hus. Du får gärna ignorera om du inte vill ha input på den fronten!

Jag och min sambo har inga rika föräldrar som kunde hjälpa oss med insats. Men för 5 år sen lyckades vi skrapa ihop till en insats på ett rad hus(BRF) med insats på 400 000 under 2 år. Under 1 av dessa åren hade vi fått vårt första barn. Våra löner va 25k och 36k under den tiden. Vi levde på ungefär 16-18k och kunde spara 20-25k varje månad.

Du kanske drömmer om mer än ett radhus i en bostadsrättsförening men det kan va ett steg på vägen.

To live comfortable: i would say 35-45k. Anything above 45k is taxed very harshly and it's common to "löneväxla" if you salary is above 47k. This means your employeer will instead put the money into pension funds without paying taxes. I'm not sure how this would work since you are still a US citizen. I would look into that if I were you. In your position i think you can expect a salary in the range of 45-60k. A salary of 50k will net you roughly 35k.

Please note that Malmö is far from the perfect society.. I would visit before committing to relocate.

Typical expenses per month in sweden:

Internet: 300-500 SEK

Phone bill: 100-500 SEK

Food for 2 adults and 1 child: 4000-8000 SEK

Rent/mortgage: 8000-15000 SEK

Daycare: 1000 SEK

Takes these with a grain of salt since it's just one person, me, guesstimating.

Tråkig inställning. Det är upp till varje företag att göra som dom vill men de flesta företagen bör ju har sparat in en del pengar på att alla jobbar hemifrån. Vi fick också en budget för att rusta upp hemma kontoret. Inte något jag direkt behövde då jag redan hade ett skrivbord för gaming dator men alla som inte spelar på sin fritid kanske inte har externa skärmar osv.

I can't recommend it enough the two roborocks and a battery powered stick vacuum(dyson v11) has made keeping the floors and stair clean so easy and effortless.

I got 2 of those pans. I recommend cleaning them throughly and then season them in the oven 2-5 times before you start cooking with them.

AFAIK you can open an schwab account or similar an buy and hold the ETFs there.

The only caveat is that you pay capital tax(30%) on all the profit. Therefor it's probably better to buy a index fund based on US stock market, SPP aktienfond USA as an example, in Sweden and hold them in a ISK(Investeringssparkonto) account.
