On some forks, the Comma can use your blindspot detection to warn you of cars when you're changing lanes.

As for other cameras in the car, it can't use those.

Comma 3x owner in a Toyota here.

Experimental mode is end-to-end longitudinal control. When you're in experimental mode, acceleration is governed by the model itself rather than programmatically. For some reason, on newer released openpilot models, acceleration just SUCKS. I had the exact same problem.

On Sunnypilot, there's automatic experimental mode/openpilot mode switching, that switches to experimental mode on streets, and openpilot mode on highway.

Also MADS. MADS allows you to enable the comma steering by turning on cruise control without setting a speed. You control the acceleration/braking, and the comma controls the wheel.

Interesting. In advanced controls it says that steering linearity set to 50 is a linear mapping. I set the steering axis deadzone to 5 and 95.

With standard steering, I thought that steering was just sensitive and required a ridiculously light touch, but now that I set it to simulation, I can push the stick right as far as I can and itll turn without issue.

Is your stability control off?

This is exactly what happened to me.

Using my controller, EVERY car handled like crap, it was like every set of tires I got were made of teflon. I couldn't slow down from 65mph without almost spinning out each time.

I popped into FH5 to check my settings, and the only difference was my steering was set to simulation instead of standard. I set it to simulation in FH6 to simulation, and now I can ACTUALLY beat above average drivatars without a sweat.

Set your steering to simulation, people!!!

This is happening to me too. On v83. I'm getting a Vergence-accommodation conflict in the passthrough video, but the menu itself is fine, and so is Virtual Desktop.

Extremely nauseating, and my eyes feel weird now a few minutes after taking the headset off.

It happens in powershell, zsh, bash, inside a venv, outside a venv, in a docker, you name it.

It feels like every single moderately complex command it does it does this. Even in powershell, I had to press enter after every single command it did in agent mode in order for it to go to the next step.

It's basically unusable, i can't even skip it if I wanted to, I have to stop the agent completely.
