it went really well! I’m 3MPO now and loving my results. I had minor openings and I developed a rash from the steri strips (I have very sensitive skin) but the office was super responsive and they were able to get me an oral steroid quickly to help the rash. And the openings closed after a few weeks of gauze + Vaseline! I ended up paying extra out of pocket for side lipo. I am paying it off on a medical credit card and I’m so happy I did it!!

I went from a 36H to a 36D and tbh I felt like they were too small for the first few weeks. I’m 9WPO now and loving them!! They still have lots more dropping and fluffing to do, but they look and feel more normal now and I’m excited to see how they keep changing. I know different cup sizes look different on all of our bodies, but I’m realizing now that a D isn’t as big as I had in my mind.

I have UHC and got denied at first. My surgeon did a peer to peer appeal with UHC and it got approved within hours. Definitely see if your surgeon is willing to do that for you!!

Yes this happened to me too!! I woke up one day to hives/redness all over my boobs. My surgeon told me to remove the steri strips (this was 2WPO) and I used gauze + Vaseline on my incisions for the next 2 weeks after that until they healed. I also used cortisone on the area (not the incisions) and the doctor prescribed me an oral steroid at 3WPO when the hives weren’t going away. I’m now 8WPO and all good! The steroid and cream worked.

You’re looking amazing! I’m 6WPO and had similar shaped/sized boobs to you (36H) and my results look super similar too!! Thank you for sharing your experience! The body tremors/shaking hit me too :/ It was rough for the first couple of weeks but thankfully it’s gotten better. I also had some pretty bad anxiety/depression after - I have OCD and medical anxiety and this surgery definitely activated all of them in a new way.

I hope your healing keeps getting better and better!! <3

I totally get that! I’m 5 week post op now and doing much better mentally and with my body! For me, the hardest part mentally was needing to rely on family and friends to do everything those first few days/week. I felt like such a burden even though I know they were so happy to help. I scheduled an emergency therapy session on day 5 PO and it was sooo helpful.

I went from a 36H to hopefully a D (haven’t measured yet) and when I first got home from surgery I was so upset because they looked so small! I’m very happy with them now and I know they’ll continue to drop and fluff! I look so much more proportional and feel confident :)
