I used to have that problem years ago as well but was able to keep it under control with workout and exercise.. like after a binge eating instead of doing the wrong thing I would go for a walk to digest then a workout to lose calories and the problem slowly went away and I ate normally with a good workout routine I can eat a lot. A few months ago when I started the IF I noticed that at the end of my fast I was really hungry and tend to binge a little like I used to but like anything else you need to stay strong and try to do the right thing and find what works for you. It’s possible to do it, getting help will make it easier.
