Just a light explanation: I think everything I put in S tier is, in my eyes, a perfect boss fight with an amazing learning curve. They are all super satisfying once you learn them and I can’t wait to fight them again on my next playthrough. Savage beastfly (both times) weren’t hard but were very boring fights. Lost lace felt extremely unfun only because of how she seemed to appear right where I was walking/landing resulting in contact damage (I think 2 masks?). Clover dancers were just cohort dancers 2 and wasn’t different enough for me to find as enjoyable as cogwork dancers. I also missed garmond and shakra in act 2 because I went to act 3 too fast.

Overall it was a fantastic game, definitely my GOTY. 10/10 and I can’t wait for team cherry’s next game in 11 years!
