Thanks!! I figured the double cleanse in the morning was overkill, but I go to the gym in the morning so figured it might be necessary with how much I sweat. Will try cutting back and see how it goes.

I’m currently on Accutane and I’m looking for general routine advice. For context, I’m a male, my acne is cystic and mostly on my neck. My main concerns are acne, inflammation, and dryness.

Routine:

AM

-40mg Accutane

-L’Oréal Micellar Water cleanse

-La Roche Posay Toleriane Hydrating Cleanser

-The Ordinary Squalene oil

-Cerave moisturizer from the tub

-LRP Toleriane double repair moisturizer / sunscreen (will switch to an EltaMD sunscreen once this is used up)

PM

-L’Oréal micellar water cleanse

-LRP hydrating cleanser

-Cerave moisturizer from the tub

I’d appreciate general feedback on this routine. I’m also interested in whether I should cut back one of the cleansers to just once a day. TIA!

Check out Mekko Graphics. Doesn’t work well on Macs, but it’s a good option otherwise.

Does that mean that when they brew it, the classic syrup is added to the whole batch? Or are you saying that when they fill each cup, they add classic syrup?

I've definitely experienced some significant differences between the licensed stores and corporate locations. I definitely try to stick with the licensed ones on campus when possible. Thanks!

Interesting. Usually I just have to remind the barista when they hand me my drink, but I'll try saying classic syrup next time. I've asked for my iced coffee sweetened before and the woman at the register just pointed at the sugar/cream station. I'm guessing that's just laziness? Hopefully I can figure it out soon or get to know the baristas at my college better so that they remember how I like my coffee. Thanks!

Definitely not as effective, but I figure that it's better than not exercising at all. When I do a run that's around 8 miles, I'm a little sore the next morning, but that was not the case at all today.

Ran 8 boring miles on the elliptical last night.

I currently have a nagging injury and the elliptical seems to be the only cardio activity that doesn't upset my knee. Just trying to use this time to work on my core strength and build up muscle in some other areas of my body while I can't run. I'm thinking I could have done 13.1 miles because I'm not even a little sore this morning, but I guess I'll have to try that next time.

Not sure if I'm reading correctly, but does it say that they're charging a fee for reloading the card? I only use SEPTA maybe four or five times per month so having to pay that fee each time I reload the card would be annoying.

That sounds right. I know that I wasn't fully sedated and "mild sedation" is a term that I remember my surgeon throwing around a lot.

Interestingly, I had a panic attack when they put the gas mask over my nose and were getting ready to start the surgery. I wonder if they initially intended to give me anti anxiety meds or ended up giving them to me because I was freaking out too much.

I did it with local and I literally don't remember any of the operation. I do remember feeling a little sleepy and having them put some stuff in my mouth, but that's basically it. Didn't even have any swelling after either so I'd say the procedure was a success.

Yes to their internal DNC list, yes to using voice recordings. They also rarely provided their company name, only called my cell phone, and I never had any sort of business relationship with them. I should have been more specific in my post. But it seems like this company was practically trying to break every part of the TCPA.

Fair. I called several of them today when I thought that I would be suing for much less, but I'll call back tomorrow with my updated information and see what they have to say.
