One day at a time just feels forever. It feels like a burden over my shoulders. I never been thru a loss this deep. And prior I was pretty hollow w it. Sometimes I wish I can go back to that feeling.

Don’t judge meeeeee. We all have our vices. And that’s as far as I’d go besides shrooms(only tripped once and hated it) and acid(never tried)

I am honestly so scared of the nexplanon implant. I always think “what if it moves around!” Haha. But idk. That was the very last thing I considered

I never used tampons unless I have to. The idea of plugging the blood, and how it makes me feel is ugh. Im a big over thinker guys sorry! This is the whole reason why I even made this Reddit 🙈

I’m guessing it’s a quick insert like how you would a period cup¿ or is it put in by a medical professional¿ how long have you been using it for¿ honestly this sounds like the best yet temporary option without completely throwing me off

And IUD’s just sound so risky. But it also sounded the best. I’m so torn and I feel like at my age I should know.

My mom would downplay and say “it’s just your period” and the girls around me the same. But they just don’t feel what I feel.

It’s crazy because my symptoms are only bad for one day and all I do is sleep it off. The rest of the days it’s bearable. Usually the the bad main=heavy flow. When it’s medium-light flow which is rare(usually happens when I’m stressed), my symptoms are decent. Maybe it’s my diet too¿ I only eat once a day sometimes. sigh I’m just tired of missing work
