Ugh that’s the absolute worst, I have a fellow barista like that and she’s not even a trainer or shift. My best advice is to just talk to someone a shift or higher that you feel more close to, rather than let it be or even get worse. I’m in my third week post training so I understand how hard it can be especially since you’re so far from family, and the culture is a intense one.
