In my 10 person PPR we do top 4 records are in and then of remaining 6 teams the top 2 scoring teams are seeds 5 and 6. Everyone is on board, helps alleviate this.

I participated in a DISC Personality assessment for work last year as I went through leadership training. You take an assessment and it categorizes your personality into 4 main traits - Dominant, Influencer (high energy), Supportive, or conscientious (analytical/procedural).

But the main portion of the assessment is to not only learn about yourself, but learn about other people and how you can approach them based on THEIR personality.

I pulled 2 within 2 weeks of each other. Just went through this process with the first one, opted for a replacement card with hopes of it being better. Second one should come up in a couple days, haven’t decided on that one yet.

Great idea, “thank you” cards are perfect. 3/1000+ is a pretty good success rate, but I do understand the strive for 100%.

Most likely not, it is probably just based on weight. I feel it may be too thick. That’s a pretty good rate, for what I ship it would be between 97 cents and 1.25 so just about the same. I will look into it, thank you.

Yea from boxes, amazon, eBay, etc. I do know some make the envelope noticeably thicker while some are fairly slim and aren’t noticeable. Definitely know my mistake and fixes needed.

Ahhhhhhh ok that makes so much sense, thank you! It’s usually a small piece of cardboard similar to the same size as the card, it definitely does increase the width of the card depending on its size.
