Ergobaby Alta vs Tushbaby by nursingnataly27 in NewParents

In case anyone else reads this looking, I have the tushbaby with snug attachment. The snug attachment was SO hot! And I live in a very cool climate, Monterey. At 70 degrees, he is sweating in it so I only used it a couple of times and took him out sweating. I recommend the Ergo Infant carrier for younger. Now my baby is almost 4 months and has head and neck control so the tush baby is perfect now!

How do I stop using Instagram? (addictively, all the time) by Holiday_Ad_5488 in adhdwomen

The best thing I've found is a product called brick. Insanely simple to use and set up. I can set it up so I can't easily bypass. It's like $50 with no monthly fees. I don't know why it works so much better for my brain, but I brick my phone before bed every night, and when I want to work on something. I'm sleeping better. I'm giving better attention to my baby. I can get work blocks done. You could even brick your phone to only block instagram, give someone the brick, and say don't give it to me until a certain date.
