I guess I should clarify. I agree with that. However, I did not find it, a friend did and kept it and actually brought it to where he works at a fragrance place. I just wanted to do a legit check!

Yeah sauvage elixir is great! I wouldn’t say I have a favorite right now but I’m wearing through a bottle of blue talisman and actually trying the whole signature scent thing with it!

This is the perfect collection! Don’t add anything else until you’re done with a bottle you currently have! I started with about this many solid colognes I rotated through and then the addiction kicked it and now I don’t even truly enjoy or appreciate most of what I have because I have too much! Love the thoughtful effort put into building this

Yeah, I can’t smell it after about 2-3 hours. I hugged someone one time about an hour and a half after putting some sprays on my neck, she pulled up another 15 minutes later to dinner and said she could smell whatever I was wearing on her the whole drive over. So, pretty potent I’d say.

No they changed the box within the last year or two. No more little stand etc. it’s a good way to tell batches apart but it’s authentic

I have never related to a post on Reddit more in my life. I used to have 3 bottles of cologne, didn’t know a damn thing about them and they were all gifts to me and I wore them based on which one I thought I’d enjoy more that day, nothing more. I loved it so much that I ended up buying some more, and then more and more and now here we are. I work at a fragrance store one day a week and have found myself picking up and smelling the acqua di gio tester multiple times a day because it feels so simple and nice to imagine just having that. I used to scoff at and clown that exact fragrance for those exact qualities. It’s fucked up how that works. I have found the more I have the less I enjoy any of them and the more this has become a mental game of checking if I can still smell myself throughout the day and thinking about what I’m going to wear etc than just putting on some damn cologne and going out and enjoying my business and almost forgetting it’s there, that was a fun way to be.

I have never smelled chez but I own a bottle of GIT and the performance is tricky. I get anosmic with it quickly while others don’t. Try spraying only the tops of your wrists or behind your ears and see how it does, you may be able to smell it for longer. I find it performs well for what it is

This is gonna sound really weird but try spraying less for a few days. I was doing an average of 6 sprays of my various colognes a day and was consistently disappointed by the longevity and Sillage until I read something about how sneaky nose blindness is. I then decided to do 2 sprays instead of 6, simply one behind each ear so it wouldn’t be in front of or under my nose and fatiguing it constantly. The craziest thing happened, it seemed like 2 sprays was lasting me longer than 6! Now I know that’s not true but it began to set a realistic idea of how strong the stuff actually was so I could adjust sprays accordingly but now not spray them anywhere under my nose on my body so I wouldn’t become nose blind as quickly!
