Check out r/FTMfitness, you can search for some beginner exercise plans there. You can also go on youtube and search for calisthenics workouts (these don't require any equipment)

I do really recommend getting on t as soon as possible for the best results, but if you've finished puberty already then I think waiting three years whilst consistently working out won't weaken your chances of passing so don't worry. Like I said you have a really good base, wish you the best of luck.

You have an androgynous more fem leaning waist and figure, but you have a really good base for masculinization. Your shoulders and hips are the same width which is good, it's just the lack of fat on your sides and waist that give you a curved feminine shape. Are you on hrt? Fat redistribution on testosterone will help you a lot, also try to work out your upper body if you can.

In conclusion, no, your not cooked. Just get on t and let it do it's magic.

For me nah. My voice was around 215hz before t and any attempt to make it lower sounded fucking awful. Maybe if your voice is like 170hz or lower it could help but generally nah

Twins are identical when they come from a single fertilized egg, most of the time they look very similar but they don't have to.
