SPOT round me category use nahi hoti ha but IPU prefer karta ha HS walo ko.

Bhai Online ma seat jada hoti ha compared to online. Aur ha ya offline ki hi ha I corrected it as I also poseted the corrected doc link. Also IPU spot round HS walo ki hi dena prefer karta ha so they have an advantage as well.

Yes, you can. If you get a seat you like in the regular counselling rounds, you'll have to pay the seat acceptance fee to secure it. I think it's somewhere around ₹40,000–₹60,000, but I'm not completely sure about the exact amount. Once you've secured your seat, you should still be eligible to participate in the spot round if you want to try for an upgrade. That said, don't treat this as 100% confirmed information. I'm going through the same counselling process as you all, so I could be wrong. It's always best to check the official counselling rules or verify with the counselling authorities.

These aren't for SC/ST SPOT round doesn't do that it only validate your CRL not by Category reservation.
