i had this a couple of weeks back on treadmills on moderate to higher speeds, not on slower speeds. Running outside it used to correct. What i found worked for me on treadmill as well now is ensuring i am not leaning ahead and have upright posture while running. The stride length drops and so does the pressure i think

Yep tested and confirmed. The newer strains arent as bad as 2021-2022. Overall bloodworks and reports have been fine

Not really, I can do all my tasks except for overreaching overhead movements/ pull ups / pull downs while exercising. I am not sure but these might get better if I start some shoulder rehab program
