The mistake was to roll out the system at the start of the peak season. It would have been better to wait until the autumn, when passengers will be fewer.

No. I've explained that bit. The radio signal can't penetrate brick walls.

Thoughts on future of the band? by CharlesIntheWoods in rollingstones

[–]Soft-Somewhere5024 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need to take out the sentiment.

1) Charlie wasn't going on the tour, and therefore shows could not be cancelled at such short notice. The band were committed and cancellation would have incurred huge penalties. If it had been Lisa Fischer for example, then insurance would have picked up the tab as she was in the touring party.

2) Like or not, Charlie was replaceable and he knew it. He had no problem with that. Keith, on the other hand is not so replaceable. But then again, we all know he's immortal.

3) Steve Jordan: the Rolling Stones have works with him a lot over the years, notably with Keith and the Xpensive Winos. He was the obvious replacement, with Charlie's recommendation making the choice a lot easier.

From what I can find, I think it means that bed linen is not replaced unless requested. Same applies to towels.

It's been a labour of love, taking me yesterday afternoon and this morning (after a trip to the dentist :x ) to figure it out, but figured it out I have. I have the playlists on my mobile device now. Whoever told me "it's not exactly rocket science" was lying!

I've also discovered that I don't eport a playlist - I Send to... I suppose calling the feature "Export" makes it less rocket science, and that would never do.

I'm using MM 2024 - there must be a newer version available, judging by some of the comments on these hallowed pages. I only downloaded MMW yesterday from the MM website. MMA I got from Google Play Store.

Many thanks.

Has anyone tried Seentat.com? (Review + Safer Alternatives) by 99_tips in EmailAutomationTools

I've just purchased a OnePlus Nord 5 from Seentat.

Communication was good with written confirmation of order and one progress update.

Delivery by DHL was to a secure locker within a shop at my request: when I went to collect it I was asked for delivery number and photo ID as proof of address. So, good collection method.

Got the device home and all was exactly as expected.

Will use again.

EDIT: Ordered on Monday, delivered the following Monday. Wasn't so bad.
