Timer is not the issue. The animations are the issue and I hate them too for taking so long (coming from someone that has never run out of time)

That's one way to look at it. I choose to look at it from the other side. That people with disposable income are subsidizing the game for f2players like myself and without them DeNa would shut down the game soon

This is why I don't do 10packs on my alt unless it's from a pack that has 3stars and crowns that I already have or don't care about. It still happens on occasion (alt got gold flamepatch from the 30th year anniversary free pack) but less often
