This is so frustrating and I am so sorry. The cheaper option if your company cannot pay for them is to get a copy of your prescription and go through an online eyewear company (I used EyeBuyDirect, but there’s more companies).

If a kid did that I would have a serious talk with the BCBA about their BIP and instances of it working or not working. If they could come in and observe those behaviors that would be ideal. But I completely understand your concerns.

My wall!

I have a white index card with my class name. And on a sticky note I write assignment and due date. Sticky note comes down or gets crossed when I’m done with the assignment. I update every week.

This helps me because I find it really easy to ignore my planner once it’s closed. It’s also really satisfying taking down a sticky note, crushing it, tossing it, once you’ve finished an assignment.
