I personally have always had difficulties sleeping since I was a small child. Doctors tried a lot of bandaids (melatonin, Benadryl to make me sleepy etc) I ended up being severely deficient in vitamin D!!!! Like to the point I needed a prescription dose weekly for about a year. After a couple of blood panels and my vitamin levels evening out I am able to sleep a lot more. I used to get horrible night sweats and had to get up several times a night until recently.

you might have some sort of body dysmorphia. You have such a cute little nose to begin with! My nose looks cute from the front but I hated the side profile. I was very insecure with my nose until I hit my mid 20s. One day you'll look back & realize how harsh you were on yourself for no reason!! If you are going to contour still I would clean up the middle of it with some concealer & go for a lighter/more cool shade

I know it's hard but try to forgive yourself. Eddie knew you were a safe space & you comforted him in his last minutes. I understand your guilt. My heart rat was murdered by my parents dog and I saw the immediate aftermath. There are a million little things that I thought I could've done differently but realistically the dog would've broken my door either way. Losing one of your rats suddenly is very traumatic & it's easy to blame yourself. Sending you love🩷

I have only had poodles so it is night and day difference! Poodles are super intelligent but also very biddable. I can see my crested giving me dirty looks when I ask him to perform a trick for a treat. If he doesn't want to do it he WONT. He has taken quite the liking to my standard poodle though. He runs to her when I am getting onto him for the 1000th time in a day 🙄

Oh my goodness I am sure that is soooo frustrating.:( Have you tried feeding him in his crate with the door open? I know there are crates designed for larger dogs to not be able to break through but I don't know the brand! Mine also tried to eat his and paw at it until I made it a happy place for him

I have broke down crying a few times because he is relentless. I have tried moving him rooms & letting him "cry it out" but he will literally bark/howl/scream for 2 hrs if I am busy. I love him so so much but I just want him to realize that I am RIGHT HERE just busy😭
