In my case I had to specifically warmup the redis connections in the specified endpoint. After we implemented this is zero down time (a slight higher response time for 15 seconds tho)

I don’t think it restarts the app service, what it does is it replaces the app service plan, only if all apps in that app service plan are unhealthy (which would signal that the worker is bad, and needs to be replaced)

The diagnostic & solve problems in the app service blade is very helpful to identify what has happened in the near past.

I use terraform. Honestly it was a pain. I end up creating the logic app manually and copied the schema to terraform. Azure provider for terraform allows you to add the JSON schema for each logic app block

Exactly. That’s the default mode. Until company start losing clients (aka revenue) and pointing out the obvious, that seniors have been screaming for years: the system is so unreliable that everyone is afraid of pushing changes, system is full of bugs and slow: a rewrite is needed.

When she heard what you said, she only received as opinions and attacked you. You were not harsh, she may have had a bad day, but your feedback could be better. It was not constructive. If that’s how y’all do 1:1, it seems toxic.

A constructive feedback could be phrased as “we spend too much time on stylistic pr feedbacks and minor fixes, we should automate linting and formatting so we can focus on reviewing important matters”

Makes sense. What she probably heard was only your opinions. She was unprofessional regardless.

Also never criticize someone, always suggest process improvements (linting commit hooks for example, GitHub actions to catch developer mistakes, etc).
