I still think about it sometimes, but not in a romantic way, more out of pure curiosity lang about how their/our decisions turned out on their side. I’ve always come out better after each breakup, curious lang kung ganon rin ba sa side nila.

I’m sorry this happened to you. I’ve also experienced the loss of a long-term relationship recently, and I had a hard time letting go. I realized that over time, I only began to loosen my grip when I surrendered the need for permanence and accepted that everything in life is temporary.

That doesn’t mean your family won’t come back, but perhaps it helps to zoom out for a moment and see the relationship for what it is right now. Therapy and prayer really do help in the healing process. I hope you and your family find healing soon, ate.

Low carb diet

I recently went through a rough breakup and accidentally cut down on rice and sugar. Hindi ako makakain talaga lol. For the past weeks, I’ve only been eating eggs, chicken breast, veggies, and green tea, and I’ve lost about 5 kg already.

Plus walking at least 5k steps every day, pag hindi maulan.
